Where the Art of Baking Comes to Life—Rooted in Amish Tradition and Heritage

Inspired by my grandma Alma’s legacy and the memories we made in her warm, bustling kitchen, I launched this hands-on branch of my business to pass on the timeless skills I was raised with. Our in-person classes are designed to teach traditional cooking, baking, freezing, and canning methods in a way that fosters confidence and community—just as the Amish have long embraced. We’re also planning to offer online options in the future.

In our little cottage kitchen, we gather to slow down, reconnect with the basics of homemaking, and share in the joy of creating from scratch. Using my mom’s and grandma’s handwritten recipes—as well as a growing collection of old and new favorites steeped in heritage—we learn the rhythms of homemade life, one loaf, jar, or pie crust at a time.
